Dry-bag® LTD

Do you want to prevent mould, corrosion, rust, labels peeling off, and soaked product packaging during transport? All of these problems can be avoided by using Dry-Bag®.

The original Dry-Bag® is environmentally harmless and the main ingredient is Danish mo-clay, which is a natural clay material.

Dry-Bag® is completely neutral and can be placed on top of e.g., coffee, milk powder, and cocoa beans and thrown away with ordinary kitchen waste.

In 1960, Anders Bendt Ltd was founded as a shipping brokerage company based in the port of Aarhus, Denmark. In 1979, the company expanded its business by offering desiccants for shipping containers in collaboration with leading shipping companies.

At Dry-Bag®, we also have a social responsibility, and we take that seriously.

For the last 20 years, our yellow bags have been sewed together by physically or mentally disabled volunteers at a drop-in centre in Northern Aarhus, Denmark. Both parties greatly appreciate the work, so it’s a true win-win.

  • How do you use

    Dry-Bag®?

Our Dry-Bag® can be used for many different types of goods in e.g., containers or crates.

The metal hook is used to hang the Dry-Bag® along the sides of the container which is placed in front of the door. Quite simple, and with great yields.

Our customers use our Dry-Bag® for a wide selection of goods, including cocoa beans, coffee beans, steel, fish protein and accessibility equipment. Our Dry-Bag® can also be used as a moisture absorbent to ensure that any cardboard remains dry during shipment to their final destination.

    WHY CHOOSE DRY-BAG®?

    Dry-Bag®

Due to the unique makeup of Dry-Bag®, our product can maintain a consistent absorption capacity for up to 90 days. This makes Dry-Bag® perfect for transporting goods that are sent by sea, air, or rail.

It was through our loyal customers that we discovered a need for better protection against moisture. Our customers were looking for a better way to keep their goods dry and to prevent the costly consequences of dampness during the transportation of their items.
It sparked a global search for an effective desiccant. Surprisingly enough, the ingredient for the desiccant was discovered in our very own “back yard”, in the northern part of Jutland in Denmark.
This main ingredient in our original Dry Bags®, found in our back yard, is Danish clay.
For many years, Anders Bendt has run his business with his two daughters. To this day, the firm is still run by family – now exclusively with the global sale of Dry Bags®.
